Austinites quickly embraced Coast 2 Coast Subs for its authentic Philly cheesesteaks and East Coast hoagies, sourced exclusively from the Philadelphia tristate area.

Meanwhile, Pizzeria Grata, led by BelaCor’s executive chef and partner, Ben Garwood, has become a cherished community favorite. Celebrating its fourth anniversary this November at its new location, 2700 South Lamar Blvd (formerly Gourdoughs Pub House), Pizzeria Grata is renowned for its Neapolitan-style pizza, handcrafted meatballs, and calzones featuring high quality Italian ingredients. Picture 900-degree ovens and pizzas emerging with beautifully leopard-spotted crusts in under a few minutes.

Now, as Grata’s Pizzeria, both establishments will join forces to showcase an exceptional menu boasting Neapolitan-style pizza, authentic Philly cheesesteaks, hoagies, and a full bar.

Under this exciting merger, both entities will unite under the name “Grata’s Pizzeria” and continue to operate from their shared location at 2700 South Lamar Blvd inside The Tailor Shop Bar & Foodery. This establishment, known for its Philly-centric atmosphere and managed by BelaCor executives Brandon Garner and Diego Batista, offers a delightful selection of craft cocktails, local drafts, and beloved Philly favorites like Yuengling and Victory Brewing.
